Our advice column is a free resource available for those who are seeking unbiased advice or guidance. Note that selected inquiries will be published on our website, along with a response from our intuitive artists. Please be sure to thoroughly read the disclaimers below.

• Some inquiries may not be published on the website.

• Inquiries and advised responses will be published in the Untangled Fate Advice Column within 1 month of our intuitive artists reading it. Inquirers will receive an email confirmation when we have read the inquiry, and another email when it is being published with the response.

• If an inquiry is not selected for publication, an intuitive artist will email you with what guidance they can give, or email to explain why we cannot be of service.

• Leaving a tip does not guarantee a response.

• Inquiries that are deemed inappropriate will be ignored.

• We are not qualified to give medical, legal, or emergency advice! Please contact the proper authorities or institutions in those cases!

What constitutes an inappropriate inquiry?

• Consistently foul or disturbing language

• Violent, harmful, or graphic content

• Questions we are not qualified to answer (medical, legal, emergency, other)

• Questions or messages sent with ill intention

Some reasons we may not be able to offer guidance:

• Inappropriate inquiry

• High volume of inquiries

• A valid email was not provided to us

• Lack of understanding about the inquiry

• Discontinuation of the Untangled Fate Advice Column

• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or awareness
